If you purchased a product from our website (www.moovystore.com) and are not happy with it, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund*. If you have a defective or broken product, please file a warranty claim here.
**Note: Please do not ship any product without prior approval and proper return labels. Failure to do so may result in a delay/forfeiture of your refund.
Once we receive your item(s) we will return your money, no questions asked.
Please note that it can take up to 2 weeks to process your return once we receive the items back.
